They carried out the job with upmost care and attention as the loft wasn't the easiest to access above the bathroom sink. This was done a few years ago and l have had no problems whatsoever and have full faith in the guarantee. I contacted them as I was looking for a local Company to carry out a Survey on an older property in Johnstone, prior to considering making an offer. From the very start Simon was so helpful and gave me advice.  He was able to carry out the Survey within 48 hours and give me a very detailed verbal report on his findings at the property, followed up with a full written report. His knowledge was above and beyond what I had expected, and I just can't praise highly enough his service, honesty and good advice.
